Rotate image

Rotate many JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF images at the same time, or mirror them. Pixels are physically rotated, not just tagged.

First run downloads the conversion engine (about 4 MB) once, then it is cached.

Advanced options

Rotate and flip in bulk

Turn images 90° either way or 180°, and mirror them horizontally or vertically, all at once. Photos are first straightened according to their EXIF orientation tag, so what you see in the preview is what you get, and the output has the pixels physically rotated rather than relying on a tag some apps ignore.

Nothing is uploaded

The engine is Rust compiled to WebAssembly and runs inside this browser tab. Files never leave your device, which makes the tools fast and safe for private photos and documents.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my phone photo appear sideways in some apps?

Phones often store the photo unrotated and add an EXIF orientation tag. Some apps ignore the tag. This tool applies it and writes the pixels the right way up, so the image looks correct everywhere.

Can I process many images at once?

Yes. Add as many files as you like; they are processed one after another and you can download everything as one ZIP.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The tool runs inside your browser with WebAssembly. Photos never leave your device, so it is safe for IDs, documents and private pictures.
