Combine photos into one PDF
Applications, visa portals and HR systems often want “one PDF” of documents you photographed with your phone. Here is how to make it without installing anything.
Steps
- Open PDF Tools and choose Images → PDF.
- Add the photos in the order you want them as pages. HEIC, JPG, PNG and WebP all work.
- Click Create PDF and download.
- Under Advanced options you can fit each image to an A4 or Letter page and add a margin, which looks better when printed.
Keep it small
JPEGs are embedded without re-encoding, so quality is untouched and the PDF is about the size of the photos combined. If the portal has a size limit, shrink the photos first with the Image Converter (“Fit within 2048 px” is plenty for scans).
